Handmade, ready-to-ship items are final sale for change-of-mind purchases. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. This does not affect your rights under applicable law.
